Surfing in the web looking for aphids, I found this photo of a pea aphid Acyrthosiphon pisum female giving birth to a little pea aphid via parthenogenetic and viviparous reproduction. This marvellous photo comes from the Bettaman album in Flickr. Do not hesitate to visit Bettaman album, it is really rich of beautiful insect photos… and not only aphids!
